Our new landing page highlighted lifestyle photography and agent involvement to showcase our unique strengths. Updates included copy that positioned the agent as a key partner, an enhanced search experience featuring agent discovery, and a fresh photography style centered on the emotional reasons behind finding your new home.
I co-led the redesign of our Experience Design System across web and mobile - modernizing visuals, improving accessibility, and creating a flexible component library. I also led the push to make our site ADA-compliant. Driving fixes for 1,000+ accessibility issues. I created checklists, training, and practical guidelines to help PMs, lawyers, engineers, and designers bake accessibility into their everyday work.
Our focus on enhancing the digital experience for homebuyers and sellers paid off. With design tools that simplified property search, agent connection, and the overall real estate journey, we saw a 20% increase in user engagement across key consumer-facing platforms and supported a 15% boost in lead conversion through improved UX flows. By prioritizing clarity, accessibility, and trust, we helped deliver intuitive experiences to millions of users navigating high-stakes decisions.
